On December 11, 2025, at the national finals of the Disruptive Technology Innovation Competition of the 14th China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition, Hangzhou winonco stood out from 891 high-quality projects nationwide by virtue of its outstanding technological innovation capability and industry-leading strength, winning the top prize of the competition and becoming a national winner in this edition of the competition. This honor not only highlights Hangzhou winonco’s deep accumulation in the field of disruptive technology but also injects strong momentum into the company’s future development.
Zhang Shouhua, Director of the High and New Technology Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, pointed out in his speech that the rapid development of disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence, quantum information, and biomanufacturing is becoming an important path for spawning future industries. He stated that the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to disruptive technology innovation, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has increased its layout of disruptive technologies through measures such as the National Key R&D Program and the “open competition” (jiebang guashuai) mechanism for future industry innovation tasks.

As an important specialized competition of the China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition, the Disruptive Technology Innovation Competition has collected more than 2,000 outstanding projects from all over the country and has become an important platform for disruptive technology innovation and future industry cultivation, strongly promoting the scientific layout of new fields and new tracks.
Jin Chengtao, Vice Mayor of the Hangzhou Municipal Government, stated that Hangzhou is continuously enriching the soil for disruptive technology innovation and activating the strong momentum of new quality productive forces. In 2024, Hangzhou’s gross regional product reached RMB 2,186 billion, with the added value of core digital economy industries accounting for GDP 28.8%, providing core support for economic growth. Hui Haitao, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Shangcheng District Committee and District Mayor of Hangzhou, introduced that Shangcheng District has established a comprehensive guarantee system of “policy + space + capital + scenarios” for the transformation of disruptive technology innovation, covering the “1+X” industrial policy, more than 280 office building spaces, the capital services of Yuhuangshan South Fund Town, and 77 application scenarios, providing all-round support for innovative projects.
